Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suites – All Inclusive

Another fabulous vacation at Majestic. This was our 2nd time at the Mirage (5 times at Elegance). Perfect weather March 2-9, 85 degrees and sunny every day. With the exception of one 10 minute afternoon shower, the weather was perfection. The Grounds: Meticulously kept, sparkling clean with beautiful beaches that are groomed daily. Plenty of chairs and bali beds at the beach and pools. Drink servers are consistently making their rounds at both the beach and pools. The Rooms: Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pillows are fantastic. Room amenities include a coffee maker, nespresso machine, tea kettle and a fridge. They also provide plenty of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and toothbrush/toothpaste kits. We wanted for nothing. The Food: Buffets are very good. As is usually the case with any buffet, there are some things that aren't great but for the most part the offerings were good. I like that they cook-to-order fresh chicken breast, steak, tuna steak and mahi mahi. The buffets also offer an abundance of healthy options including fresh fruit, vegetables, salads and a seafood bar. The dessert bar, especially in the Marketplace Buffet is unbelievable. Based on several past bad experiences we passed on the Italian restaurant and opted for Sushi (no reservations needed), the Steakhouse, French and Seaside restaurants. All meals were fantastic. Service was impeccable. The People: Junior, our butler, was unbelievably attentive. So helpful and a joy to talk to every day. Juan Bernardo at the pool is one of our favorite people at Majestic. We just love him so much. He took wonderful care of us as usual and we looked forward to talking with him everyday. Isabel at the spa has magic hands. I had 2 massages with her and they were the best massages I've ever had. Blue at the Fitness Center was so friendly and helpful. I liked practicing my Spanish with him everyday.

My wife and I had stayed elsewhere in Punta Cana in previous years but we were especially impressed with the high standard of the Majestic Mirage in every way, particularly the friendliness and service of ALL the staff. , Special thanks to our old friend Reynaldo Sepulveda who organised our visit with such care and attention to detail; Eduardo Arias our butler, who often went above and beyond the call of duty; Rafael Rosario and Daury Rosario who tended to our every need beside the pool so well on a daily basis; and Antony, Nelson, Niki, Jesuito, Christian, Miguel Angel, Anna and everyone else who looked after us in the restaurants; plus Elena and Ana who tidied our lovely rooms so meticulously and made such beautiful decorations. There were many others, whose names I didn't retain, who treated us like "family" in every corner of the resort and remembered our names and particular fancies. The maintenance team and cleaners were also efficient and effective as well as showing us polite friendliness whenever we chatted with them. It was obvious that the resort cuts no corners in its choice of staff, facilities, architecture, furnishings, delicious range of food or entertainment. We saw quality wherever we looked. My wife and I live in the UK but my younger sister and her husband live on the west coast of the USA. Punta Cana is the ideal place to reunite for a holiday together and we will be back to repeat our wonderful shared experience at the Majestic Mirage next year if at all feasible.

Facilities offer everything, you don't lack anything at this place. Food & Drink is phenomenal. Beach awesome, pool party great. Animators great! Our butler Fernando was very helpful. Our sommelier went over and beyond to satisfy us. I had a very good feeling about the place, the Michael Jackson show was absolutely the best performance I ever seen :-) funny wasn't expecting this, in DR. Kids loved it. Suggestion drink a lot of rum, and eat a lot of beef and beans.

Amazing Stay – Best Resort Experience Yet! Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of incredible. From the stunning beachfront to the luxurious suites and top-tier service, everything felt like a dream come true. One thing that really stood out was the food. We’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts before, and this was by far the best dining experience we’ve had. Every restaurant offered something different and genuinely enjoyable—you could always find something delicious and satisfying, even if you’re a picky eater. It was refreshing to finally stay somewhere where the food lived up to the rest of the luxury. Our room was spotless and spacious, complete with a private jacuzzi and amazing butler service. The pools, bars, and beach areas were beautiful and never felt overcrowded. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. This resort is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. If you’re looking for a place that offers real value, exceptional food, and unforgettable moments, Majestic Mirage is it. We’re already planning our return!

I loved everything,( and I would have given a overall 10 except for what took place upon checking in). The Beach was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. The food was great. Would return if it was for certain I didnt have happen what happened again.
